  • Bike security deposit of Rs 5000/- per bike
  • Any entry fees to monasteries, monuments or photo/video cameras
  • Any item that is not mentioned in the inclusions.
  • An amount of INR 7,500/- per person (non-refundable) to be deposited for slot confirmation
  • Balance amount to be deposited 45 days before the departure date.
  • Failure to adhere to "Payment Policy" can lead to cancellation of the booking without any prior notice.
  • 30 days or more before departure: 25% of total cost will be deducted.
  • 20-30 days before departure: 50% of total cost will be deducted.
  • Less than 20 days before departure: 100% of total cost will be deducted
  • Booking amount is non-refundable.
